By accessing or using the Sales Seraph platform ("the Service") operated by Sales Seraph Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

3. Service Description

Sales Seraph is an AI-powered sales coaching platform. The Service analyses your sales calls through transcription and artificial intelligence to provide personalised coaching insights, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations to help you improve your sales skills. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product accessible via web browser.

4. Billing and Payment

The Service operates on an hours-based billing model:

  • You purchase hours in advance, which are used for call analysis and coaching sessions
  • There are no recurring monthly fees -- you only pay for the hours you purchase
  • Purchased hours do not expire and remain available on your account until used
  • Pricing for hour packs is displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment processor

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
  • Upload content that violates the rights of others, including recordings made without proper consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems
  • Abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the AI coaching system or its outputs
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are the property of Sales Seraph Ltd or its licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any recordings or data you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, transcribe, and analyse that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides AI-generated coaching insights and recommendations. These are intended as guidance and should not be treated as guaranteed strategies for success. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sales Seraph Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost sales, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@salesseraph.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activity, or fail to comply with applicable laws. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
